Our approach
Soft washing is an exterior cleaning method that doesn’t involve pressure washing. It prevents paint chipping, window seal blowing, wood deterioration and other forms of property damage that can easily occur when high pressure is used. Certain things do need to be pressure washed, like sidewalks and concrete walls and patios. But in general, it’s best to avoid pressure washing houses because of the damage it can cause. We have an $800 minimum ticket price.
