At Big City Softwash, privacy is very important to us.

In order to make you a quote, we collect your name, phone number and address. Email is not required, but it could help with communication.

We use a paid app called Joist to do our estimates and invoices. This is the only company that will also have your info. It’s a widely used and trusted app and we’ve never encountered any issues with it.

We don’t share your information with any 3rd parties, other cleaning companies, online companies that buy information, or anyone else.

We only use your phone number to set up appointments, communicate about business related topics, share before and after photos, etc.

If we send you a future email, it will be aimed at opening up the possibility of another cleaning or to follow up on the previous cleaning and make sure you’re a happy customer.

When we post before and after photos of house washes, we don’t mention the homeowner’s name next to the photo, nor do we put their review next to the photo of their house.

During cleaning jobs, sometimes the water hookup is in the garage. We close the garage on the hose so that passersby can’t see into the garage while we’re cleaning. This prevents potential burglars from getting any ideas and from doing any ‘scouting’.
