Daniel has been doing exterior house cleaning in the San Francisco Bay Area since starting Big City Softwash in late 2021. His favorite parts about running the business are: meeting fantastic new clients and providing an outstanding customer experience. His goal is for Big City Softwash to be “the fine dining restaurant of exterior house cleaning companies”, and to have a team of all-star employees with a fleet of 2 service vehicles.

A strategic and suitable approach
Everything we do is designed to minimize and prevent property damage. That’s why we use soft bristle brushes on extendable water-fed poles to scrub the houses rather than pressure washing them. We have found that to get optimal results, you actually have to come into physical contact with the debris on the house. Merely applying a cleaning solution and giving the house a rinse just doesn’t cut it. Our 3 step house washing process is the following: Application of Simple Green Cleaning solution (or bleach solution for organic growth), agitation of debris using water-fed pole with soft bristle brush, garden hose pressure rinse. We clean the screens with a specialty screen cleaning tool.
