House Soft Wash
Involves the application of Simple Green cleaning solution (or bleach, when there’s significant organic growth), agitation of debris using water-fed pole with soft bristle brush, and a garden hose pressure rinse. House and windows air dry. Usually takes one whole day, sometimes two for larger jobs. Max height: 2 story building.

Pure Water Window Cleaning
Windows, window frames and sills are scrubbed with the water-fed pole and soft bristle brush using demineralized water for a spot-free finish on the glass. Screens cleaned for roughly $7 per screen, using Simple Green and Xero Screen Cleaner. Usually takes between half of a day and a whole day. Max height: 3 story building.

Roof Wash
Existing moss is scrubbed off, mild bleach cleaning solution is applied, and roof is rinsed with simple garden hose pressure. Bleach solution kills organic growth by penetrating down to the roots. Works on asphalt and tile shingles. It also removes unsightly streaks from the roof. Takes one full day.

Gutter Cleaning
Using a shop-vac with a gutter cleaning attachment, debris is vacuumed straight into the shop-vac rather than thrown on the ground. For extra narrow gutters that can’t be vacuumed out, other techniques are used. Usually takes half of a day.

This service compliments a house wash perfectly, and it can reduce the risk of slips if your staircase gets slippery when wet.
